About Me

was a student at The International Association of Certified Natural Counselors, based In Los Angeles California & Miami Florida.  She graduated as a Certified Natural Health Counselor on October 21, 2006, and as a Certified Emotional Consultant on July 16, 2007.

Martha decided to study natural alternative methods after she experienced severe neck pains, becoming a Massage Practitioner on April 17, 2008 at CHI (California Holistic Institute). There she studied and experienced several ancient modalities of healing which played a major role in her decision of wholistic practice.

Her love and passion for seeing life transformation as well as her desire to support others in achieving their dreams with high standards keeps Martha very active serving her local community and world-wide.

She attended CFW (Coaching For Wellness), accredited by ICF, The International Coach Federation, and became a Certified Business and Life Coach in July 2011.

Her musical heart and love for living life as a non stop happy dance and singing to the high notes led her to add a little dancing fun! She became a Zumba instructor in August 2011.

Martha believes in continuing education as a key to success for her practice and her clients.

Currently Martha is attending the Royal International College of Natural Health to pursue her Naturapath Doctor Degree (ND).

In 2006 she opened her private office, “Studio 23” Retreat of Transformation, located in the heart of Paso Robles, California. Studio 23 closed in 2013 after she married her now-husband, Paul Frankel. She became a Mother in 2014.

Coach Paloma’s new vision was born in 2014. Palomaknows gives honor to her very well-known nickname “Paloma (Dove) of Liberty”, given to her by transformational coaches, friends and now colleagues that spread the nickname into her family and community. She believes in giving honor to all your Names as well as using every name and nickname given to you. They are all part of your unique Essence.

Palomaknows offers different classes, private sessions, clubs, workshops, and an annual charity Fashion Show, “Fashions2Heal”.
